Born from a desire to reimagine nightlife for women, Glow PGH is a 21+ pop-up dance experience designed for ALL women and femme-identifying. We know how powerful it feels to dance without pressure—to be surrounded by energy that uplifts, not judges.
Glow PGH creates immersive dance events that blend great music, movement, and community. We’re part wellness experience, part nightlife, and part empowerment circle—a space where women of all generations come together to dance, laugh, and reconnect with their inner youthful selves.

Glow PGH is for professionals, creatives, moms, students, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Each event is a safe, vibrant space to restore joy, release stress, and celebrate who we are—without filters, expectations, or noise. It’s nightlife redefined: energy without tension, community without pretense, and fun without judgment.
Glow PGH offers something different: a dance experience that’s both emotionally and physically fulfilling. Backed by the proven benefits of movement—stress relief, emotional liberation, improved mood, and deeper connection— each event creating a safe, joyful space to move freely and release the daily burdens we carry in our mind and body.
